Empowering Financial Literacy: Community Networking & Movement Event
Welcome! Please choose your desired ticket type:
This is more than a financial literacy workshop.\
It’s a community gathering — a space for hearts and minds who are building stronger lives in a new land.
Whether you’re newly arrived in Canada or have been here for years,\
we share a common journey: not just to survive, but to truly thrive.
Financial literacy is not a luxury.\
It is life literacy.
It shapes how we make decisions, protect our families, pursue our dreams, and build futures that matter.\
In today’s world, understanding money is no longer optional — it’s essential.
This Saturday afternoon, I’m honored to co-host this event with Samuel, who will lead a key presentation and share insights drawn from his own journey as a newcomer to Canada.\
His perspective speaks directly to the realities, challenges, and hopes many immigrant families experience.
While there will be a focused presentation,\
this event is not a traditional lecture-style seminar.
It’s designed as a community-centered gathering — with conversation, reflection, and interaction at its core.
At this event, we will:
• Connect with others in our community\
• Learn practical ways to manage money with greater confidence\
• Explore how to build financial security — for today and for future generations\
• Share perspectives, ask honest questions, and learn together\
• Encourage and support one another to expand what’s possible in life
This is a safe, respectful space — free from pressure —\
where curiosity is welcomed, every question matters, and every voice is valued.
Participants often come with questions like:
• Why save money — and where should I start?\
• How can I build financial security for my family?\
• How does the Canadian tax system work, and what advantages may be available?\
• How can I manage debt and market uncertainty more effectively?\
• How do people build long-term and generational wealth?\
• What opportunities might I not yet be aware of — in my career or finances?\
• How can I grow while also making a positive contribution to the community?
We don’t claim to have all the answers —\
but we are committed to exploring them together.
Financial literacy is life literacy.
This event is not built around high-pressure sales or forced product promotion.
If you are exploring financial solutions or products,\
those conversations are welcomed and handled naturally, respectfully, and without obligation.
Our priority is clarity, understanding, and empowerment —\
not pressure.
